amazing hotel, i'm thrilled!
helpful staffsafe parkingcomfy bed
the staff rocks, mustafa, samet, volcan, and taric helped with everything, even tips about turkey. parking felt super safe with guard supervision. beds, bathrooms, and living rooms are really comfy. meals were yummy, i loved the fresh omelette and turkish tea. there a library with awesome view from the terrace.
the carpet in the hall had a little smell, and the towels are not new, but i did not mind it much.

the restaurant staff showed such friendliness. they was helpful and professional. reception folks were excellent. they responded quickly to my needs. overall staff showed hospitality i will remember.

The staff demonstrated really good kindness and professionalism. Berkay and Yasin were perfect and attentive! The cleaning lady was also very nice. I really enjoyed the private cinema room. It was a lovely treat. the hotel smelled AMAZING!!! Some kind of beautiful scent filled the air vents.
The fitness and yoga classes require a minimum of ten people. Classes are canceled if there are not enough participants. I wish there was a way to sign up in advance.

The room included a kitchen, which exceeded my expectations. It was super clean. The suite was nicely equipped with all facilities. Even the bath room accessories were there. Modern apartments featured a nice view.

Breakfast had a great selection. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. Quick, value for money room service is also available. The cafe on the 9th floor had an excellent view, I liked it a lot.

The gym is nice and clean. The terrace and garden are amazing. The hotel is very clean. Guests can access the pool, yoga courses, and massages for relaxation.

All staff were very good and cute. Their customer service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff are also very active. I recommend this hotel for families, especially when they have a car.
